    Position Summary

    The production scheduling coordinator will assist the production supervisor in the management of the flow of resources, labor, equipment and materials, to help optimize the production process and achieve timely production and on time delivery of product.

    Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

    + Assist production supervisor in the development and implementation of production schedules

    + Monitor production resources (materials and labor)

    + Monitor production progress

    + Communicate with other teams

    + Adjust production schedules as needed

    + Report production performance to production supervisor, keeping the PS updated

    + Assist as needed to help improve production processes

     

    Qualifications-Education/Experience

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field

    + 2-5 years’ experience in a production coordinator or similar role

    + Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, especially M1 if possible

    + At least an intermediate level of expertise using Excel

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

    + Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
