    Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a CAPA Process Analyst II to join their team. As a CAPA Process Analyst II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CAPA Process Analyst II

    **Pay Range:** $30 - $33/hr on w2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead investigations and activities through the CAPA program.

    + Utilize investigational tools to determine the root cause of nonconformities.

    + Ensure timely implementation of CAPA plans to support the introduction of new and improved products.

    + Maintain effective CAPA system records for audit-readiness.

    + Produce trending metrics and reports to manage further actions as required.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 4+ years of experience in a relevant field.

    + Knowledge of the Corrective and Preventative Action process in medical devices.

    + Understanding of statistics and experience with complex electro-mechanical and optical components.

    + Bachelor of Science in a life science or engineering discipline.

    + Ability to use EQMS effectively.
