Manpower is seeking a **full-time Hot Food Equipment Technician** to join our team in **Greater Charleston, WV** .     Your Responsibilities:

    + **Install, Maintain & Repair** : Commercial hot-side kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, steamers, and warmers

    + **Troubleshooting** : Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

    + **Preventive Maintenance** : Perform routine inspections and servicing to ensure optimal performance

    + **Documentation** : Accurately complete service reports and maintenance logs

    + **Safety & Compliance** : Adhere to all safety standards and manufacturer guidelines

    What You Need to Succeed:

    + **Experience** : Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with hot-side food service equipment

    + **Certifications** : Relevant technical certifications preferred (CFESA, EPA, etc.)

    + **Technical Skills** : Strong understanding of electrical, gas, and mechanical systems

    + **Physical Capability** : Able to lift up to 50 lbs (assisted) and work in commercial kitchen environments

    + **Communication** : Clear verbal and written communication skills

    + **Team Player** : Ability to work independently and collaboratively
