Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

+ Identity and Access Management experience (1-2 years of experience, but as much as possible).

+ Strong Excel Skills (Advanced formatting, Pivot tables).

+ Supported large scale migration effort to move an organization into a framework.

+ Database management (SAS, Tableau)

+ SailPoint (optional, but sets someone apart)

+ Exhibits ability to work without supervision, can understand entitlements and made decisions accordingly.

+ Deep understanding of IAM principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and able to align access with job functions while minimizing risk.

+ Familiarity with tools like Oracle Identity Manager or AIMS, along with strong analytical and documentation skills.

What You Will Be Doing

+ Collaborate with Business Partners: Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and requirements for identity and access management. Develop and maintain IAM roles and profiles that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

+ Develop Access Solutions: Design and implement access solutions that ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data. This includes defining roles, permissions, and access controls.

+ Maintain Access Artifacts: Regularly review and update IAM entitlements, roles and profiles to ensure they remain current and effective. Address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

+ Conduct Access Reviews: Perform periodic access reviews to ensure that access rights are appropriate and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

+ Provide Support and Training: Offer support and training to business partners and end-users on IAM processes and best practices. Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of and adhere to IAM policies.

+ Monitor and Report: Monitor entitlement use for any unusual or unauthorized activities. Generate reports and provide insights to management on IAM-related metrics and trends.

+ Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IAM.

+ Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the security and efficiency of IAM processes.
