Your day at NTT DATA

The Warehousing Administrator is a developing administrator role, required to ensure the proper handling and storage of materials and products in the warehouse.

This role may be required to operate a forklift truck.

The Warehousing Administrator performs their daily tasks under supervision of a Warehousing Manager or Team Lead.

Key responsibilities:

+ Executes the inbound, picking, packing and outbound processes within a warehouse.

+ Ensures that goods received and dispatched are authenticated and accurate records are processed.

+ Escalate any issues, problems or discrepancies to the relevant Warehouse Supervisors.

+ Keeps and maintains accurate records for archiving and retrieval.

+ Assists in warehouse inventory management including stock count processes.

+ Required to perate a forklift as necessary.

+ Must be aware of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and adhere to company policies in this regard.

+ Performs any relevant task as requested by management.

+ Client service orientated.

+ Ability to operate warehouse machinery and related equipment.

+ Good attention to detail.

+ Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

+ Good listening skills with the ability to follow instructions.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

+ High School Certification or equivalent qualification.

+ FLT driver license is desirable.

+ Relevant Warehousing certification essential.

Required experience:

+ Some experience gained in a similar role.

+ Some experience operating warehouse equipment is desirable.
