Position Summary
This position will analyze issues, develop, test and implement solutions for the Teleflex organization as partof the PLM end-to-end data Flows and integrations with other internal systems such as SAP MDG andTeleflex ERP systems. This position is expected to be a primary contributor in issue resolution andproactive solution development and testing.
Principal Responsibilities
• Manage the development/configuration and maintenance of Agile PLM application systems byconducting meetings with users to determine their system requirements
• Analyze, evaluate, and modify existing or proposed systems and related devices.
• Apply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications ofthe application to the current and future business environment.
• Develop detailed system design documents to support system requirements and comply with Teleflexstandards.
• Conduct functional and/or technical reviews and walks-through of IT design documentation with thedevelopment and the design team members.
• Act as expert support on business processes in respective area of responsibility.
• Evaluate, develop, test, and implement the release of system changes according to the Teleflexvalidation procedures.
• Deliver consistently high quality service and solutions that meet business requirements and ensuregoals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
• Participate in projects and rollouts of the application (either on full-time or part-time basis).
• Share ideas, information, knowledge, and data proactively to accomplish collaboration for the successof the team, project, or task.
Education / Experience Requirements
• BA/BS in Technical field required, e.g. CS (Computer Science), ME (Mechanical Engineering), etc..Demonstrated super-user experience with Agile PLM may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years Agile PLM configuration or super-user experience. Experience in a FDA regulatedenvironment preferred.
• Particpate in one or more Agile PLM implementations. Experience in other large scale projects orimplementations may be considered in lieu of an Agile Project.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
• Experience in Agile PLM administration and implementation including PG&C, PPM, PC modules orother comparable PLM platforms, e.g. Teamcenter, etc.
• Java, J2EE, Agile SDK knowledge for Agile PX development
• Knowledge of Agile PLM Configuration, e.g. roles, groups, classes, etc.
• Knowledge in Agile PLM Administration tasks such as creating privilege criteria, masks, roles and usermanagement.
• Possess a strong background in troubleshooting application errors and performance related issues.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and to be creative in task completion.
• Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and take actions based on understanding andjudgment of all factors involved and based on independent interpretation and application of variousdisciplines involved
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure and to manage multiple concurrenttasks and responsibilities while dealing with changing priorities
• Ability to inspire confidence among senior leaders and to provide valued communication guidance andcoaching to others.
