    Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Global Supply Chain Business Manager 2. This position is located in **Roy, UT** and supports the **Strategic Deterrent System (SDS) Division** . This position will be fully engaged with Global Supply Chain Program, Operations, and Sub-Contract teams and Business Management. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

    What You’ll Get To Do:

    As part of the Global Supply Chain function our team enjoys a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaboration across all levels.

    Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:

    + Oversee forecasting process for GSC Materials and Subcontracts for multiple SDS Programs

    + Collaboration with GSC Directors and Managers

    + Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as require to support GSC management and provide needed detail to business management in support of weekly and monthly forecast processes

    + Support multiple internal and external audits

    + Lead the development of communications, training plans, and procedure documentation

    + Provides direction to subordinates using established policies, procedures, and precedents

    + Train and guide team members in keeping with Northrop Grumman Values.

    + Reviews and reports project status to internal customers on a monthly basis or as needed

    + Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive high levels of performance

    + Model and promote a strong sense of engagement, teamwork and cooperation

    + Deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines and manage multiple tasks while demonstrating a professional attitude

    This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

    Job Qualifications

    You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of related work experience; Master’s degree and 4 years of work-related experience; or an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

    + Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government DoD Secret Security clearance

    + 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule

    + Proficient in SAP or other large ERP systems

    + Experienced in preparing and presenting weekly and monthly status reports to leadership

    + Proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Access)

    + Proficient in the use of data visualization software

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance

    + Must be motivated, organized, and have effective time management skills

    + Must be able to effectively work independently with very general supervision

    + Master’s Degree in related field

    + Knowledge of FAR/DFAR

    + Prior work experience in Aerospace & Defense

    + Current DoD Secret Clearance

    + Prior Business Management Experience and/or Global Supply Chain Experience

     

    Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
