Description Specific Responsibilities Enterprise Application Architect Serve as the primary owner of the full application lifecycle—from selection and implementation to continuous improvement, support, and eventual decommissioning. Innovation Advocate Champion a "Business First" mindset within the application support team, driving innovation in AI, automation, business intelligence, and process optimization. Project Management Leader Lead application-related projects using industry best practices, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget constraints. Automation Subject Matter Expert (SME) Drive the adoption of process automation, data integration, and analytics solutions to enhance operational efficiency and unlock new capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaborator Partner closely with business units to expand system utilization, facilitate smooth deployments, and promote user adoption of application solutions. Compliance and Governance Steward Oversee application administration, technical documentation, and procedural adherence in alignment with IT controls and compliance standards, including SOX audit readiness. Vendor Relationship Manager Manage strategic partnerships with third-party application vendors, leveraging skills in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, cultural awareness, financial oversight, and contract negotiation. Technical Qualifications Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years), supplemented by current certifications such as PMP and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate. detail oriented Experience At least 5 years of hands-on experience in application support, with a strong track record in project management and supporting enterprise business applications, including ERP systems, data warehouses, SSRS reporting, Power BI, and CRM platforms. IT Service Management Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, with practical experience using ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and configuration management tools. Technical Proficiency Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell, and experienced with automation technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA). AI & Analytics Tools Demonstrated experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other generative AI platforms. Database & Reporting Strong SQL skills and experience in database design and development. Business Systems Knowledge Familiarity with accounting and financial principles, with preferred experience using platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, InEight, Coupa, Salesforce, and financial planning tools.
