Description We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Alpine, Utah. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and executives from leading companies and law firms, making outbound calls and scheduling appointments to support our sales team. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospect and identify new clients.
• Reengage inactive clients to restore business relationships.
• Schedule appointments with potential clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of outreach activities within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
• Attend weekly sales training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.
• Handle client concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Actively embody and promote the company’s core values in daily interactions. Requirements • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills in various situations.
• Ability to manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Associate degree or higher is required.
• At least two years of experience in customer service or account management.
• Internet research skills and familiarity with sales processes are essential.
