Sr Accountant - Unlimited time off

Responsibilities

• Facilitate month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting activities.

• Perform detailed account reconciliations, including balance sheets, bank statements, and general ledger accounts.

• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial records.

• Collaborate with the Controller and Assistant Controller to address financial reporting needs and enhance operational efficiency.

• Assist in preparing for audits and contribute to the development of internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.

• Proficiency in bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and journal entries.

• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Accumatica is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
