About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive HubSpot Consultant to take full ownership of our HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate will not only manage and optimize the system, but also play a key role in coaching and enabling our sales and marketing teams to use HubSpot to its fullest potential.
This is a 100% onsite position (with one day per week work-from-home flexibility) in Indianapolis. The role will focus on workflow automation, dashboard reporting, and team enablement – turning HubSpot into a powerful tool to drive insights, traffic, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
+ HubSpot Management & Optimization
+ Oversee daily operations of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
+ Set up and maintain workflows aligned with the sales process.
+ Implement lead scoring, lifecycle stages, segmentation, and automation best practices.
+ Sales Process Enablement
+ Understand and map out the sales process in HubSpot.
+ Create and optimize pipelines, deal stages, and task automation.
+ Train the team to use HubSpot as part of their daily sales routines.
+ Team Coaching & Support
+ Coach internal stakeholders on how to use HubSpot efficiently.
+ Provide ongoing support and conduct regular training sessions.
+ Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert.
+ Dashboarding & Reporting
+ Build and maintain dashboards for sales, traffic, and marketing analytics.
+ Provide actionable insights to leadership based on HubSpot data.
+ Monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
+ + Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.
+ Report directly to Mark, with dotted-line reporting to Eva and India.
+ Collaborate with external HubSpot consultants as needed (e.g., Tyler from Arbor).
Requirements
Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience administering and optimizing HubSpot.
+ Strong understanding of sales processes and how to operationalize them in HubSpot.
+ Experience building workflows, automations, and dashboards.
+ Ability to coach and train non-technical users.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Comfortable working onsite with cross-functional teams.
