Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in React Js and Industry Essentials. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role involves developing innovative solutions that align with our companys goals enhancing user experience and contributing to impactful projects that benefit society.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React Js to enhance user experience and functionality.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that align with industry standards.

+ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

+ Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless operation and performance.

+ Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.

+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.

+ Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.

+ Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard user information and company data.

+ Test and deploy applications and systems ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.

+ Document development processes code changes and project updates for future reference and knowledge sharing.

+ Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress challenges and solutions.

Qualifications

+ Possess a strong understanding of React Js and its core principles.

+ Demonstrate experience in Industry Essentials and related domain knowledge.

+ Exhibit proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.

+ Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.

+ Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Have strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

+ Be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
