    Responsibilities

    Implements fabrication, assembly, or installation manufacturing plans bycoordinating with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.Knowledge to develop tooling, interchangeability, replacement, andfunctional test plans. Using the established manufacturing process flow,defines sequences of events, develops text and graphics workinstructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements, andmanufacturing bills of material. Communicates with engineering teams toinfluence and clarify design concepts. Coordinates change incorporation,optimizes processes, addresses producibility issues, production &postproduction problems. Has the ability to demonstrate configurationcontrol of the hardware, within the manufacturing build plan. Abilityto apply process knowledge in one or more of the following areas;Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal,Systems and Structures

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 5-9 years of Manufacturing Engineering/planning experience.

    + Strong to excellent SAP knowledge

    + Strong to excellent general computing skills.

    + This individual needs to be a self-starter who can eventually take a project from start to finish and has a willingness to work with all disciplines to accomplish a goal.

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Preferred Skills:

    + Computer skills: MS Office suite, SAP, Catia

    + Experience with manufacturing engineering

    + Aircraft knowledge and manufacturing experience

    + Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, PL’s and Specifications

    + Experience with Catia programs

    + Bachelors degree is highly preferred but not required.
