    The Role at a Glance:

    We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Captain to join our higher education team. As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage a catering event and ensure its success.

    What you’ll be doing:

    + Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events.

    + Managing event staff.

    + Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines.

    + Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates.

    + Any other tasks as necessary.

    What we’re looking for:

    _Must-haves:_

    + At least three years’ experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

    + Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

    _Nice-to-haves:_

    + Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.

    Pay:

    $17 an hour
