    What You Will Do:

    + Identify & Prospect: Seek out new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients and understanding their facility needs.

    + Craft Winning Strategies: Develop and implement creative sales strategies that resonate with your audience.

    + Deliver Engaging Presentations: Showcase the benefits of our solutions through compelling presentations that engage and inform.

    + Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth transitions and high levels of client satisfaction.

    + Close the Deal: Negotiate contracts and take the final steps to seal the deal!

    Requirements

    + Proven track record in B2B sales with 2-5 years of experience

    + A background in the facilities management or service industry is a plus!

    + Impressive communication and presentation skills that can capture an audience

    + Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop effective strategies

    + Self-motivated with a passion for prospecting and lead generation

    + Ability to work both individually and as a part of a team

    + Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

    + A positive, can-do attitude that keeps you motivated and productive!
