    We are seeking a SUPERSTAR Multimedia Content Producer/Director

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and work collaboratively with both our digital and television teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Create engaging content for broadcast and digital platforms with attention to grammar and detail.

    + Shoot and Edit video for all media platforms.

    + Create content that captivates and informs readers.

    + Set up and Support live and pre-recorded broadcast and streams.

    + Manage multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency.

    + Collaborate with team members while also working independently.

    + Direct and Operate studio and remote equipment (cameras, graphics, etc.) during newscasts and media productions.

    Requirements:

    + Multi-tasking

    + Excellent writing and communication skills.

    + Understanding of social media and digital analytics is a plus.

    + Calm, positive demeanor under deadline pressure.

    + Proficiency in computer usage; experience with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, WordPress and OBS capabilities is a plus.

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Degree in Journalism or related field.

    + Experience in television production or post-production.
