    What You’ll Do

     

    The AI Creator Intern will play a critical role in exploring, prototyping, and operationalizing AI workflows that enhance Sparkloft's content creation process. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for creative technology, an experimental mindset, and a curiosity for what's next in AI-powered storytelling. You’ll be a key part of the Creative Studio’s Emerging Tech team, working closely with designers, strategists, and producers to push creative boundaries and accelerate production workflows.

     

    Your Day-to-Day

     

    + Prototype and refine AI-powered workflows by combining tools like Midjourney, Runway, and GPTs into usable pipelines.

    + Generate visual and written assets that support design, storytelling, and experimentation across internal and client projects.

    + Test and document experiments to uncover best practices, optimize prompts, and highlight edge cases or tool failures.

    + Support creative production with fast-turn tasks such as idea generation, asset development, or mock content creation.

    + Track and share trends from Discord, Reddit, GitHub, and beyond to help keep Sparkloft ahead of the curve.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    + Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

    + Demonstrated interest in creative technology, design, or media production.

    + Strong communication and documentation skills to share learnings, workflows, and outcomes clearly.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    + Experience experimenting with or building creative AI workflows.

    + Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or scripting tools like Python for creative tasks.

     

    The Fine Print

     

    + This role is flexible and based in Oregon, Georgia, Florida, or Illinois, reporting to one of our local offices in PDX, ATL, MIA, or CHI.

    + Occasional travel may be required.

    + Prolonged periods of computer work are required
