Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property in the Fenway area of Boston, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

+ Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping.

+ Weekly trash removal duties.

+ Custodial duties for common areas and groundskeeping.

+ Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.

+ Participating in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.

The work hours for this position are 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

+ Knowledge of general apartment repair and experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.

+ Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.

+ A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
