**Pay Range:** $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a top manufacturing client to find passionate, skilled Display Makers who are ready to make a visible impact in the world of retail. In this hands-on role, you won’t just build—you’ll bring innovative, high-end retail displays to life. What You’ll Do: Day-to-Day Responsibilities

+ Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan build processes

+ Measure, cut, and assemble materials including wood, acrylic, metal, and plastics

+ Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, jointers, molders, and more

+ Join, glue, and finish components into sleek, professional displays

+ Integrate elements like lighting, electronics, and hardware into your work

+ Perform high-quality finish work including sanding, staining, and painting

+ Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver best-in-class results on time

+ Foster and contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

+ 2-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience

+ 3–5 years in a production or manufacturing setting

+ Proven skills in cabinetry, woodworking, and finish work

+ Ability to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances

+ Strong work ethic, team spirit, and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with diverse materials like acrylic and metal

+ Familiarity with electronics integration in display systems

+ Willingness to travel between locations as needed

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
