Description
Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is seeking an experienced **Web Operations (Web Ops) Analyst** to support the Apollo program’s **Operations in the Information Environment (OIE)** mission set. The Web Ops Analyst conducts monitoring, analysis, and exploitation of online information platforms to inform influence operations, information environment assessments, and strategic communication planning.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Monitor, assess, and report on digital activity across social media platforms, websites, forums, and messaging applications in support of OIE and influence operations.
+ Identify adversary narratives, foreign malign influence, disinformation campaigns, and online target audience behavior.
+ Conduct trend analysis, sentiment analysis, and digital network mapping to inform narrative development and message refinement.
+ Support MISO, MILDEC, and Influence planners with actionable web-based intelligence and online behavior assessments.
+ Identify and assess key influencers, information nodes, and content amplifiers across foreign information ecosystems.
+ Use analytic tools to collect, analyze, and visualize online data across the information environment.
+ Employ digital exploitation tools such as **Babel Street, Echosec, Maltego, Meltwater, CrowdTangle, Talkwalker** , and commercial web scraping platforms for situational awareness and network analysis.
+ Support Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) by tracking and assessing the operational impact of influence campaigns.
+ Prepare and present analytic products and briefs to senior leaders, IO planners, and commanders.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
+ 8+ years of experience in web-based analysis, OSINT collection, or information environment monitoring.
+ Demonstrated experience monitoring foreign social media platforms, digital ecosystems, and online information operations.
+ Familiarity with disinformation detection, viral content tracking, foreign influence narratives, and sentiment analysis.
+ Experience applying web-based assessments to influence operations and information environment planning.
+ Proficiency in open-source analytic tools such as Babel Street, Echosec, Maltego, CrowdTangle, or Meltwater.
+ Understanding of OIE doctrine, the Information Joint Function, and informational aspects of the operational environment.
+ Strong written, verbal, and operational briefing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience supporting USSOCOM, CENTCOM, INDOPACOM, or J39 organizations.
+ Experience working with PSYOP, MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, and cyber planners.
+ Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), social network analysis (SNA), and basic scripting (e.g. Python, SQL) for web data analytics.
+ Knowledge of foreign languages relevant to the operational environment (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Farsi).
+ Experience conducting digital network analysis, persona mapping, and information environment targeting.
+ Master’s degree in International Affairs, Cyber Operations, Strategic Communication, or related fields.
Security Clearance Required
+ Active Top Secret/SCI.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
