What You’ll Do
As a Project Director, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial opportunities and ensuring seamless project execution from initial contact through to closeout. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Director, Regional Operations Manager, and Project Managers, you’ll help maintain strong client relationships and uphold the highest standards of service.
Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
• **Build and maintain client relationships** : Cultivate connections with adjusters, property owners, facility managers, and other stakeholders to generate and secure commercial opportunities.
• **Own the front end of project execution** : Prepare scopes of work, develop detailed estimates within company guidelines, and ensure signed contracts are in place before operations begin.
• **Launch and coordinate projects** : Initiate job production by identifying next steps, aligning resources, and handing off effectively to project management teams.
• **Ensure communication and issue resolution** : Act as the point of contact for clients, adjusters, and internal teams—resolving potential issues and determining when to go beyond standard protocols to secure work or address concerns.
• **Support operational and financial performance** : Complete and communicate change orders, manage project documentation, and ensure timely collection of invoiced amounts.
• **Collaborate for regional impact** : Partner with the Regional Marketing and Operations teams to create synergy across initiatives and support regional growth goals.
• **Ensure quality and compliance** : Stay aligned with company policies, protocols, accounting procedures, and reporting standards while ensuring that each project meets the highest quality benchmarks.
What You Bring to the Table
**Education** : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
**Technical Expertise** : Proficiency in **Xactimate** and project management software.
**Experience** : Minimum 7 years of construction project management and project estimating.
**Interpersonal Skills** : Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
**Other Requirements** : Good driving record and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
