Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager, Labor Productivity and Staffing Operations to join our hospital system. This critical role will oversee labor productivity benchmarking, department manager education, staffing, scheduling, and the maintenance of a bi-weekly Manhour Per Unit of Service (MPUOS) variance-to-target management tool. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing workforce efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and supporting department leaders with data-driven insights and training.
Education And Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications are a plus.
Experience
4 years of experience in workforce management, labor productivity, or operations within a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role required. Strong proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools for reporting and analysis. Expertise in labor productivity benchmarking and staffing/scheduling methodologies. Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to educate and influence department managers. Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making. Knowledge of healthcare operations and workforce management principles. Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

**Salary Range:** $99,469.50 - $136,763.25
