Position Details:

**Title:** Manager Clinical Research

**Facility:** St. Josephs Hospital or Morton Plant Hospital

**Location:** Clearwater, FL or Tampa, FL (Flexible based on candidates preference)

**Hours:** 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

+ Plans, develops and manages the conduct of clinical research. Supervises staff to meet the complex requirements of clinical research trials.

+ Acts as an interdepartmental liaison for all research related activities.

+ Negotiates contracts and budget with trial sponsors, external research agencies and investigators to ensure support for the research departments.

+ Identifies opportunities for developmental growth and expansion.

+ Provides strategic, tactical and operational management in the planning and execution of clinical trials.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

+ 5+ years of experience in Clinical Research

+ 2+ years of experience in a Supervisory Role

Minimum Education

+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field

Preferred Credentials:

+ RN (Registered Nurse)

+ Cert Clin Research Coordinator (CCRC)
