Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various work groups. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer

**Location:** York, PA

Pay Range: $36

What's the Job?

+ Provide technical support for a variety of welding processes, metal fabrication processes, and manufacturing equipment.

+ Enhance welding and fabrication processes by ensuring that parts or assemblies are processed and tooled to meet optimum quality, quantity, and cost requirements.

+ Interface with work groups, quality, product engineering, and manufacturing support services.

+ Address daily equipment, quality, and throughput issues.

+ Develop cost reduction programs through manufacturing efficiency improvements, schedule attainment, and first run capacity.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to respond to and troubleshoot downtime and quality issues.

+ Experience with tooling and fixtures replacement.

+ Knowledge of standard work updates and visual aid development.

+ Understanding of quality spill containment and clean-point communication.

+ Participation in process audits and quality engineering actions.
