Onsite: Seattle, WA
9-Month Contract: Potential for Conversion or Extension
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project/Program Manager II to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence by managing cross-functional programs, ensuring account health, improving processes, and innovating solutions that support product returns and remanufacturing initiatives in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills, coupled with strong collaboration, organizational, and writing abilities to successfully document and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Leadership & Support: Collaborate with Account Managers to develop tracking mechanisms, strategize on account health performance, and ensure high-quality execution.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across operations, technology, and business intelligence (BI) to solve data discrepancies and enhance system efficiencies.
+ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, document, and refine processes to improve workflows. Ensure clear communication and alignment for team adoption.
+ Operational Excellence: Monitor and analyze account health metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions to enhance customer experience and business performance.
+ Project Management: Execute and support projects related to new and emerging product initiatives, working within defined timelines to ensure goals are met.
+ Task Management: Handle exception management, ticket resolution, and prioritization of operational tasks, including tracking feedback and resolving missing data points.
Requirements
What You Bring:
+ A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
+ 3-7 years of experience in project or program management, with a demonstrated history of improving processes and driving measurable results.
+ Strong familiarity with manufacturing or remanufacturing operations and experience in a B2B environment managing product returns or warranty workflows.
+ Proficiency in documenting and refining processes, including writing and updating SOPs.
+ Excellent collaboration skills across operations, technical, and analytical teams.
+ Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Previous experience working within established customer-centric leadership principles with an ability to dive deep into problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience using relevant systems for tracking workflows and managing exceptions.
+ Familiarity with operational processes related to customer returns, remanufacturing, and supply chain operations.
+ Background working in fast-paced and dynamic work environments, with a demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive under pressure.
+ Advanced writing skills for process documentation and improvement initiatives.
