We are looking for a skilled Corporate Litigation Associate Attorney to join our legal team in Wilmington, Delaware. Responsibilities:

• Draft detailed legal pleadings, motions, and briefs to support litigation strategies.

• Conduct thorough legal research and provide sophisticated analysis to strengthen case arguments.

• Assist in developing case strategies, including assessing risks and determining optimal legal positions.

• Manage discovery processes, including document reviews, depositions, and preparing discovery requests and responses.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal appearances.

• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and staff to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

• Maintain organized case files, accurate billing records, and precise correspondence.

• Participate in team discussions to refine litigation approaches and uphold firm values.

Requirements • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership and good standing with a state bar.

• At least one year of litigation experience, with preference for experience in shareholder derivative cases.

• Outstanding legal research and writing skills, paired with strong verbal advocacy abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven work ethic.

• Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
