    Description Qualifications:

    Accounting degree (with graduate degree preferred, but not required)

     

    Five years of experience in finance and/or accounting is required

     

    Proven knowledge of GAAP

     

    Strong knowledge of internal controls, best practices, and the ability to research and document accounting and financial topics required

     

    Strong Excel skills are required

     

    Working knowledge of Workday or other ERP platforms is a plus

    Active CPA license or working toward CPA license required

    A team-player attitude that demonstrates a willingness to help various departments throughout the Company on ad-hoc projects.

     

    Initiative and desire to take ownership of projects and function with a high-level of autonomy and discipline within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

     

    Big 4 experience required

     

    Experience with acquisition accounting a plus

     

    Prior Accounting/ Financial Reporting Manager or Controller experience at smaller company preferred

    No candidates with strictly tax or consulting experience Requirements

    This role will evaluate what we're expected to make monthly based off of billing. Will initially learn to understand how expense number is determined to evaluate drug pricing. Will build and maintain Excel templates and be a process improvement/ thought partner to the team. This role is more RCM adjacent and will work closely with the practice accounting team. Small team of two with Director of Revenue Analysis and current Sr. Revenue Analyst.
