    Description

    Position Summary:

    A leading digital services team is seeking a Tech Lead to drive the development of impactful digital experiences and enhance customer engagement. This role involves leading backend architecture, production support, and solutioning for digital applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead the design and development of large-scale enterprise backend systems.

    + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

    + Ensure robust architecture and integration with enterprise systems.

    + Support production systems and troubleshoot complex issues.

    Work Type:

    Onsite: 4 days/week

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    Experience:

    + 5–10 years in enterprise application development.

    + At least 3 years in senior technical roles (e.g., Tech Lead, Team Lead).

    Technical Skills:

    + Strong Java/J2EE development background.

    + Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.

    + Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.

    + Expertise in microservices architecture and backend integration.

    + Familiarity with application servers and messaging systems (e.g., JBoss, WebSphere, Kafka, Red Hat AMQ, JMS).

    + Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift).

    + Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., RDS, DynamoDB).

    + Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and modern architecture principles.

    + Agile development methodology and DevOps practices.

    Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

    + Experience in the automotive industry.

    + Front-end development knowledge (JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, React).
