    Job Title: Dealership Accountant I – Warranty

    While prior warranty administration experience is a plus, it’s not required—we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn and grow into future leadership roles, including Warranty Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Review and submit daily factory warranty repair orders (ROs)

    + Process daily factory pre-delivery inspection (PDI) submissions

    + Conduct weekly schedule reviews and prepare necessary adjustments

    + Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines

    + Collaborate with service and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    + Automotive industry experience (preferred)

    + Strong attention to detail and time management

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Basic understanding of service department operations

    + Entry to mid-level computer and office skills

    + Ability to analyze and resolve variances efficiently

    + Positive, customer-focused attitude

    + Self-motivated and accountable team player
