    Full-time, 228 days/year Salaried position to support Infinte Campus clients . Job Summary

     

    Provides support services for student information technology systems to the Agency, school districts and other education agencies. Provides appropriate resources and technical support in the day-to-day operations and general functionality of the assigned student information system (SIS) and assists users in meeting identified needs. Supports clients in understanding and using the SIS related applications to help ensure efficient and effective implementation. Provides services that are customer focused and based on client needs.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, education or related area or, alternatively, comparable combination of education and experience.

    + Three years professional experience working with computer services/data systems.

    + Knowledge and experience with school administrative technology applications.
