    THERE ARE 4 DIFFERENT ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENTS: 4 OPENINGS, Openings in Magnet and Medical

     

    1st shift is 6:00 - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday (2 Spots)

     

    2nd shift 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM Monday-Thursday 15% Shift Differential (2 Spots)

     

    $20.70 - $23.50

     

    - 1st Shift: 1 Epoxy Machine in Magnet Assembly (Attention to detail, blueprint & off sets experience needed). (x1 Opening HERE)

     

    - 1st Shift: 1 Soldering (Soldering & blueprint experience needed).

     

    - 1st Shift: 1 Medical Assembler (Blueprint, hand tools, caliper and micrometer experience). (x1 Opening HERE)

     

    -2nd Shift: Medical Assembly Department (x2 Openings Here)

     

    Working mostly with brakes and clutches used in medical companies, farm equipment, US government.

     

    These brakes are used in surgical robots, gurneys, hospital beds, MRI machines, etc.

     

    Experience with hand and power tools will also be necessary for this position.

     

    Advancement would be to move to Electronic or Gearmotor assembly.

    DISQUALIFIERS: Jumpy Resumes and poor verbal communication!

     

    1 year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.

     

    6+ months of measuring tool experience

     

    Experience working with hand and power tools.

     

    6 months of blue prints/schematics & work instructions

     

    Mechanical inclination -- hobby auto mechanics are great -- Medical assemblers looking for a new career

     

    Ability to work independently and continue to stay on task

    The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $25.00/hr.
