Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the department month end process, financial reporting to management, financial and other information requests, and representing the department at monthly practice meetings as needed. The Finance Manager is also responsible for establishing processes through staff, computer resources and policy implementation that will meet the needs of internal and external customers.

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Manager is also responsible for establishing processes through staff, computer resources and policy implementation that will meet the needs of internal and external customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study: Accounting, Business, Management
Years of experience: 3 to 5
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Strong analytical skills, Bachelor's degree required; three to five years related Experience and or training, automated financial statement systems and personal computers; ability to plan and manage efforts of department personnel; ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. specific knowledge of physician practice accounting and the ability to appropriately interact with internal and external customers of varying levels is required. The ability to present financial information, lead practice meetings and knowledge of AR reserve modeling and accounting are also required. Three to five years of Accounting or Finance Experience with multi-specialty physician practices (nonprofit or profit $100M+ in net revenue) and consolidations between entities with a HealthCare Network.
