    Are you a skilled Java developer with a knack for troubleshooting and technical support? Join our dynamic Enterprise Security Application Support and Development Team in Charlotte.

     

    _Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    _Rate: $52 - $62 / hr. w2_

    Responsibilities:

    + Design and build complex software solutions.

    + Translate complex ideas into user stories and workable solutions.

    + Assist product owners and business users with technical inquiries.

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    + Lead design and code walk-throughs.

    + Transfer knowledge to less-experienced team members.

    + Manage code testing and migration through test regions.

    Experience Requirements:

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience in application development and support.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Experience managing multiple user stories and tasks concurrently.

    Desired Technical Skills:

    + Intermediate Java skills

    + Troubleshooting/debugging expertise

    + Kafka

    + IT Service Management experience

    + Strong SQL Server skills

    + Familiarity with IAM Application models and Role-Based Access Controls

    + Experience with relational databases

    + Bonus: SailPoint experience

    Additional Skills:

    + Experience with version control (Git), Splunk, Citrix, Informatica ETLs.

    + Understanding of data integration architectures, including ODS and Data Warehouse concepts.

    + Experience with Duke standards and IT Security is a plus.

    + Ability to work effectively with remote teams.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
