We are looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge New Product Development (NPD) projects in a regulated environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with a distributed team of electrical sustaining engineers on New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.

    • Coordinate cross-functionally at the client site to ensure project success.

    • Debug and resolve electrical circuit issues with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Manage component life cycles and ensure seamless execution of related processes.

    • Design and review complex circuit and PCB layouts in compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Conduct thorough hardware lab testing to validate electrical designs.

    Required Skills

    • Proven involvement in at least two New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.

    • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

    • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

    • Hands-on experience in physical testing and troubleshooting in an engineering lab.

    • Proficiency in VHDL and C programming; strong analog and digital circuit design skills.

    • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement/Development practices using GIT.

    • Experience in regulated industries (preferably medical devices).

    • Skilled in tools such as OrCAD, Allegro, IHS, and Silicon Expert.

    • In-depth knowledge of validation and regulatory compliance standards.
