    Educational Principal - Adolescent Behavior program

    Do you have extensive teaching experience as well as a management background? Bring your educational and leadership skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. As Educational Principal, you will be responsible for developing and managing all education, administrative, and counseling activities; as well as program coordination and budget oversight.

     

    + Develop and manage all school education, administrative, and counseling activities; provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to assigned staff.

    + Lead and supervise all staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training.

    + Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.

    + Resolve employee problems within position responsibilities.

    + Develop and coordinate educational programs and educational transitions through meetings with staff, review of teachers' activities, and issuance of directives.

    + Develop curriculums and evaluate an educational program to ensure conformance and compliance with state and school board educational standards and regulations.

    + Review student placement, participate in case conferences, and treatment team evaluations and oversee the writing of individual educational plans (IEPs).

    + Monitor staff development, training, and recruitment, ensuring that all staff is properly licensed and certified by the appropriate agencies.

    + Monitor budget allocations, expenditures, fund balances, and related financial activities to ensure allocations are accurate, revenues are recorded, expenses are within budget limits, and/or fiscal practices are followed.

    + Adhere to the agency and company policies and procedures that support the mission, agency philosophy, and school objectives.

    + Establish and maintain supportive working relationships internally within both the agency and the company, and externally with the broader community services network.

    + Represent the schools, agency and company and the services provided within the community.

    _Qualifications:_

    + Master's degree in Education or related field.

    + Eight to ten years of teaching experience including administrative management experience.

    + Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.

    + Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.

    + Licensure as required by the state.

    + Certification or endorsement as Principal.
