We are seeking a Financial Controller to work on the accounting team. Following are some of the responsibilities of this position:

     

    + Oversees the activities of the Accounting Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports

    + Establishes accounting policies and procedures

    + Develops internal controls and oversees audits of policies and procedures

    + Oversees financial reporting, analysis and general ledger

    + Manages audit functions including scheduling

    + Manages month-end account close

    What we're looking for in you:

    + 15+ years of accounting experience in industry and public accounting is ideal

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA License required; Master's Degree preferred

    + Strong knowledge of GAAP, audit and tax; including international and consolidation experience.

    + Microsoft Office experience with proficiency in Excel

    + Oracle ERP system experience helpful

    + Experience in public accounting and in a manufacturing environment helpful
