IDEX Fire & Safety is thrilled to offer a dynamic and flexible 3 to 6 month Marketing Internship for driven and enthusiastic individuals eager to deepen their experience in the marketing world. This remote opportunity provides hands-on exposure to various aspects of marketing, content creation, and strategic communication across our organization. During your time with us, you will collaborate with our North American Marketing & Communications team and other IDEX Fire & Safety members to gain valuable professional experience as you shape your career path.

Time Commitment

+ **Time Commitment** : Minimum of 30 of hours a week

Reporting Structure

You will report directly to the Marketing Manager or assigned supervisor for daily task management and assignments while collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll assist in various areas across marketing and communications to support our team’s goals. Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

+ Managing and organizing content marketing assets and libraries

+ Assisting with social media reporting and generating insights

+ Supporting digital ad campaigns through management and reporting

+ Conducting SEO research to improve online visibility

+ Playing a role in project management and task coordination

+ Assisting with research and analysis of marketing trends and opportunities

+ Contributing to Salesforce database updates and organization support

+ Participating in the creation, editing, and management of training and marketing content, including videos and other media

+ Actively contributing during team meetings and discussions

This role is intentionally broad, offering you exposure to diverse aspects of marketing.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualities:

+ High School Diploma required; ideally pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

+ Must reside in the United States.

+ A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute across multiple marketing functions.

+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.

+ Demonstrated reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines.

+ A collaborative spirit combined with a positive attitude and humility.

+ Familiarity with digital tools like social media platforms, project management software, and CRM systems is a plus, though not mandatory.
