You will make sure to communicate between your teams and the support center, so everyone stays in the loop. You will focus on daily sales, marketing plans, and restaurant operations, including cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations. This role lays the foundation for high-performing restaurants and happy, motivated crew members.
