    Job Description Summary:

    Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Strategy, the Manager, Enterprise FP&A facilitates the company’s financial planning (annual budget and quarterly forecast) and monthly/quarterly reporting cycles. The individual will partner with teams across the organization to support monthly review meetings with key stakeholders and develop and maintain a suite of reporting to drive business insights. This role will enable the Finance team to drive the right conversation with key business partners by pairing data-driven insights with big-picture thinking. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in finance, an eye for process improvement, experience with business performance systems, strong communication skills and attentiveness to detail.

    Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

     

    Own material creation for monthly meetings (Business Performance Council and Monthly Business Reviews) with multiple audiences of key business stakeholders. Tailor the materials to drive the necessary conversations with leadership teams and drive accountability to key performance indicator targets.

     

    Design, create and maintain a suite of reporting to provide visibility and actionable data insights to organizational decision makers.

     

    Serve as the Finance team’s subject matter expert on our financial reporting system and budgeting tool and maintain data integrity of business performance metrics.

     

    Work cross-functionally to facilitate quarterly reporting for the Board of Directors, external audiences and investor relations.

     

    Consult with commercial, operations and corporate functions business partners to enhance and automate enterprise-wide business reporting.

     

    Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the enterprise level financial statements including Income Statement / P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

    Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, or business Management.

     

    At least 3 years’ experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve issues and problems.

     

    At least 5 years’ experience in applying analytics principles (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Management, Economics or Finance).

     

    At least 3 years’ experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).

    Basic Qualifications

    Experience working in a cross-functional, team-oriented, and collaborative environment with the ability to prioritize work and successfully meet tight deadlines.

     

    Demonstrated strong finance and accounting skills, including an aptitude for financial modeling.

     

    Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities. Detail-oriented

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a high level of personal motivation to achieve.

     

    Experience presenting to and interacting with C-level executives of organizations is preferred.

     

    Proficient with MS Office Suite including MS Project (Excel, Power point & Word), experience with business performance system (e.g., Oracle ERP/EPM, IBM Cognos, SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.)

     

    Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

     

    Master’s Degree or MBA

    Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

    Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

     

    Pay Range is $98,011.13-$163,344.53
