Pay: $57.56 - $92.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.

+ 5 years of relevant experience.

Summary:

The Director of the Centralized Access Support Team (CAST) will lead a high-performing team focused on optimizing provider scheduling templates, decision tree optimization and design, standardizing access workflows, and driving systemwide access strategies. This role plays a critical part in advancing equitable, efficient patient access across primary, specialty, academic, and community care settings.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead a team of access experts responsible for managing provider templates, building systemwide decision trees, and optimizing scheduling practices.

+ Collaborate regularly with clinic operations, clinical leaders, and physician stakeholders to align access strategies across diverse care settings.

+ Drive performance metrics and implement strategies that support timely, equitable access to care across the origination.

+ Champion change management efforts and foster cross-functional partnerships to advance access-related goals with clarity and consistency.
