    Our client, **a leading automotive distributor** , is seeking a **System Administrator** to join their team. As a **System Administrator** , you will be part of the **IT Operations Department** supporting the **Vehicle Processing Center (VPC)** . The ideal candidate will have **strong troubleshooting skills** , **proactive communication** , and **a collaborative mindset** which will align successfully in the organization.

    System Administrator (Contractor)- Onsite role

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments in a high-availability plant.

    + Provide Tier II support for operational and IT infrastructure issues.

    + Monitor systems and alerts using SolarWinds and other tools.

    + Coordinate with internal infrastructure teams and external vendors for troubleshooting and change implementation.

    + Support remote users and act as the VPC Remote Site Coordinator.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Experience managing and patching **Microsoft Windows Servers** .

    + Basic knowledge of **Linux administration** and system navigation.

    + Familiarity with **networking fundamentals** such as IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS.

    + Experience using **monitoring tools like SolarWinds** .

    + Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
