Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a 1st Shift Shot Peen Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Shot Peen Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** 1st Shift Shot Peen Operator

**Location:** Paramount, CA

**Pay Range:** $18 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Operate machines to enhance the surface of parts according to customer requirements.

+ Anticipate and overcome production-related problems, material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and unavoidable delays.

+ Perform daily tests to determine the size and shape of media and run test specimens as required.

+ Communicate with customer service on recovery dates and expected completion dates for processing.

+ Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines and submit maintenance requests for further work.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; a flexible attitude towards learning is essential.

+ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Commitment to attendance and reliability.

+ Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
