Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting the manufacturing of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

**Location:** Lincoln, NH

**Pay Range:** Base Pay @ $18.63 (WG3) + $3.50 Shift Differential

What's the Job?

+ Perform typical machine shop and press operations.

+ Operate a press production, braid winding, lathe, or crimping machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

+ Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing drawings.

+ Accurately record the number of parts produced, both good and scrap.

+ Utilize hand tools such as handheld screwdrivers and drill guns while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to read and interpret measuring devices and basic blueprints.

+ Machine Operator experience preferred but not required.

+ Basic reading and math skills.

+ Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.

+ Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to use basic hand tools.
