The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Digital Consultant to lead digital delivery initiatives with a focus on GIS, data architecture analytics and project management. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology and infrastructure. Who can lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, data-centric solutions.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement and manage digital solutions that support engineering, environmental and infrastructure projects. Your expertise will help clients make smart decisions using spatial data, advanced analytics and modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the delivery of complex digital consulting projects from concept to completion.

+ Manage scope, schedule, and budget for GIS and data analytics engagements.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting technical findings and strategic recommendations.

+ Architect and implement data pipelines and spatial data infrastructures using tools like ArcGIS, SQL, Python, and PowerBI.

+ Develop and automate quality control processes for geospatial and engineering datasets.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS and analytics into broader engineering workflows.

+ Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing across the practice.

+ Support business development by contributing to proposals and client strategy meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Maters Preferred)

+ 8+ years of experience in GIS, data architecture, analytics, or digital project management.

+ Proficiency in tools such as ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise, SQL Python, PowerBI, and cloud-based platforms.

+ Experience managing large-scale geospatial or data-driven projects in government, utilities, or industrial sectors.

+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive level stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high quality client outcomes.

+ Industry certifications are a plus (e.g. GISP, PMP, ESRI Technical certifications)

Minimum Qualifications

A minimum total of 8 years of related work experience is typically necessary to move into this level. Graduate work may count as related work experience if directly applicable to job function.

Work Environment/Schedule
