Description
TruStile Doors, a recognized leader in premium door manufacturing, is growing—and we’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician and natural leader to grow with us! As part of our maintenance team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we work together to keep our equipment running smoothly and safely through top-notch repairs and preventative care. We bring strong mechanical and electrical know-how to the table, backed by at least five years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience. On our shift, we count on each other to lead by example, communicate clearly across departments, and help keep production on track. Highlights of the role:
• Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing systems (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical), while guiding and delegating tasks to junior technicians.
• Support and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs in collaboration with the planner.
• Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (ideally eMaint) to track and handle work efficiently.
• Develop strong working relationships across departments and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Stay current on safety training and ensure full compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education/Training:.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or collegiate degree with focus in mechanical or electrical field is ideal
• Ability to work all days and shifts, including overtime (24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation, including holidays)
Basic Requirements
• Proficient with PC systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows OS, and communication tools like email and Microsoft Teams.
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, including motor controls, VFDs, and control circuits (AC/DC).
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical schematics and prints; basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation is a plus.
• Experienced in metal and wood fabrication, with a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and identifying wear or failure points.
• Strong communicator with the ability to document work, bring up issues, and collaborate across shifts and departments.
• Committed to safety, cleanliness, and resource efficiency in all maintenance activities.
• Willing to maintain technical knowledge through training and certifications, including annual internal equipment assessments; occasional travel may be required.
Preferred Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in electronic technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Valuable experience in CNC operation and maintenance, systems training, and project management.
• Strong technical background with the ability to lead, train, and manage projects effectively.
Alternating Schedule:
+ Week 1 (36 hours):Thursday - Saturday, 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
+ Week 2 (48 hours):Wednesday - Saturday, 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay starting range$35.71
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
