    Description

The Transportation Partner Experience (TPX) Communities team is seeking a community partner manager to connect with and support our Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in North America. Our mission is simple: drive engagement, advocacy and business success among the critical functions in Amazon’s supply chain and logistics networks. We do this by building advisory groups that connect, inform, and inspire the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners who partner with Amazon to improve delivery flexibility, speed and reliability for our customers.

We measure our success through the positive impact we deliver for community members’ businesses, but also in the relationships we enable community members to build with each other and Amazon.

This role has regular visibility to executives and business stakeholders. If you’re looking to build community through engagement and interactions with our advisory group community to strengthen the community value proposition, we’re your perfect match. Come help us learn, invent, and grow!

    Key job responsibilities

As a community partner manager, you will lead the relationship building and advocacy for AFPs and provide ad-hoc support for another community partner manager who leads this work for DSPs.

Responsibilities include: (1) community partner strategy, (2) meeting moderation strategy and execution, and (3) cross-functional stakeholder management both with internal and external partners. Ultimately, you will spend each day obsessing over the community member lifecycle to bring relevant experiences and conversations that help improve their experience partnering with Amazon.

    About the team

The WW TPX team’s vision is to build and nurture communities of the happiest, safest, and highest quality transportation partners. We are committed to protecting and improving partner sentiment by innovating how we power the feedback flywheel, so that our partners can influence the future of logistics. We play the long game, as we know that the sustained satisfaction of our partners will reduce attrition and strengthen Amazon’s logistics network over time. The TPX organization has six core pillars (Communications, Reputation Management, Communities, Events, Creative, and Engagement).

    Basic Qualifications

    - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

    - 3+ years of program or project management experience

    - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

    - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

    - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
