Job Title: SAP Consultant

Employment Type: Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SAP modules and processes across the enterprise, with a focus on aligning system capabilities with business objectives. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical developers to deliver value through SAP-driven digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects across different industries

+ Configure and support one or more SAP modules such as:

+ SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)

+ SAP MM (Materials Management)

+ SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)

+ SAP PP (Production Planning)

+ SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management/Extended WM)

+ SAP HCM/SuccessFactors (Human Capital Management)

+ SAP TM (Transportation Management)

+ SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

+ Translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions

+ Create and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and training materials

+ Collaborate with SAP technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Fiori/UI5) for custom development and integration

+ Support SAP S/4HANA migration, system upgrades, and new functionality rollouts

+ Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support

+ Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and compliance standards

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

+ 3–7+ years of experience in SAP consulting, configuration, and project delivery

+ Hands-on experience in at least one core SAP module, preferably with cross-functional exposure

+ Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, including greenfield or brownfield implementations

+ Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology and ASAP implementation methodology

+ Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, SAP GUI, and integration with third-party systems

+ Experience in writing Functional Specifications and working with ABAP development team

+ Knowledge of SAP best practices, process optimization, and system performance tuning

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ SAP certifications are a plus (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA)

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

+ Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Integration Suite

+ Project management or team lead experience

+ Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., IS-Retail, IS-Oil, IS-Utilities)

+ Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments
