    Description

    We are partnering with a well-established, growing boutique litigation law firm in downtown Minneapolis that is seeking an Associate Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a collaborative and high-performing team focused on complex civil and commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on construction and real estate disputes.

    Responsibilities:

    + Represent clients in a variety of construction and real estate litigation matters.

    + Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery.

    + Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy.

    + Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

    + Engage in client communication and case management from inception through resolution.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Minnesota.

    + Minimum 3–4+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience, preferably with a focus on construction or real estate litigation.

    + Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

    + Experience managing cases independently and working directly with clients.
