Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New York, NY. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless technology support for end-users, focusing on hardware and software troubleshooting, device management, and user authentication. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Apple devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

• Manage and maintain device configurations using Jamf Pro for Apple devices.

• Troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.

• Administer Okta for user authentication and access management.

• Support Apple iOS devices, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

• Collaborate with team members to address complex technical issues and develop solutions.

• Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes and resolutions.

• Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to end-users, addressing their technical concerns promptly.

• Monitor and report on system performance to identify areas for improvement. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related technical role.

• Proficiency in managing Apple devices and their ecosystems.

• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro for device management.

• Strong understanding of Okta for identity and access management.

• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.

• Familiarity with Apple iOS and its functionalities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
