Main Responsibilities:

+ Oversee cost accounting, including inventory reconciliations, physical counts, analysis and pricing.

+ Oversee inventory production processes, physical reconciliations, and reporting of adjustments or variances.

+ Manage systems for standard costing and internal pricing.

+ Process monthly journal entries and perform additional accounting tasks as needed.

+ Ensure accuracy in daily tracking of inventory

+ Support Accounts Payable and Billing teams to maintain precise procurement and sales records.

+ Communicate regularly with senior management on updates and insights.

+ Ensure timely and accurate posting of general ledger accounts for sales and direct costs.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s in accounting is required

+ 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing industry, Cost Accountant role, or public accounting

+ Knowledge of standard costing is required
